Buster was an older gentleman dining at Big Patty's Pie House on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American actor Earl Billings, Buster is a patron dining in the small suburban town of Bunkie, Louisiana. He began to divulge crucial information to Sookie Stackhouse and Sam Merlotte, and appears only on the episode "To Love Is to Bury" in the series' first season.
He told them he knew about Cindy Marshall, and would tell them more, in return for eating two pieces of pie he had ordered. They sat at the counter with Buster, as he told them Cindy moved into town with her brother a few months before she was strangled. When Sookie asked if she could speak with the brother, Buster told her that "he was gone by the time they found her body", and that police thought he might have been murdered too, or been the murderer himself.
