Cecilia is the great aunt of brujo Jesus Velasquez on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by Puerto Rican actress Lillian Hurst, Cecilia is a witch living in Mexico who meets an untimely demise, during her only appearance, on the episode "I Smell a Rat" in the series' third season.

Women from all over Mexico came to Cecilia to solve their fertility problems. She would place the yolked center of an egg on their navel. The egg would then draw out their essence and cleanse it.

Cecilia is seen when Lafayette Reynolds and Jesus Velasquez got high on V and hallucinate visiting their relatives. She was seen treating a young woman with fertility issues. ("I Smell a Rat")
