Bryan Dechart, born March 17, 1987 in Salt Lake City, Utah, is an American actor who plays the role of Dave on the HBO original series True Blood. Dave is a guest starring actor who appears only on the episode "Death is Not the End" in the series' seventh, and final, season.

Biography[]

Bryan Dechart is an American film and television actor. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised outside Detroit, Michigan. Graduated with honors from New York University's Tisch School Of The Arts with a BFA in Acting. He studied at the Sanford Meisner Extension, the Experimental Theater Wing, the Viewpoints Studio, Stonestreet Studios for Film and Television and trained in Commedia dell'arte in Florence, Italy.

He is best known for his role as Eli Chandler on ABC Family's Jane By Design and stars in the 2014 Sony Pictures Feature Film The Remaining with Alexa Vega.
