History[]

Background[]

Lou Pine's is a werewolf bar located in the town of Jackson, Mississippi.

Season 3[]

"It Hurts Me Too"[]

Sookie Stackhouse and Alcide Herveaux visit Lou Pine's in an attempt to find information about the werewolves that kidnapped Bill Compton. Sookie picks up a werewolf named Gus and when he tries to force himself on her, Alcide jumps in and rescues her. He is beaten and almost thrown out of the bar, but Hollis intervenes and stops his attackers. He tells Alcide that Debbie's engagement party will take place in the bar the next evening. ("It Hurts Me Too")

"9 Crimes"[]

The two return the next evening, with Alcide hoping to convince Debbie not to join Cooter's pack. When Sookie is accosted by Debbie, Alcide comes to her rescue. Debbie tells Alcide she's happier now than when she was with his "pussy pack." Eventually Cooter walks over but Debbie tells him to let Alcide stay and watch, since that's the only way he'll understand and leave them alone. Before the ceremony starts Russell Edgington enters the bar and gives his blood to the pack as a reward for their services. After Debbie's branding ceremony, Coot takes the stage and all the werewolves in the bar start changing. Fearing for Sookie, Alcide warns her that they need to leave. ("9 Crimes")
