Patrick Gallagher, born February 21, 1968 in New Westminster, British Columbia, is a Canadian actor who plays the role of Chow Lin on the HBO original series True Blood. Making his debut on the episode "Plaisir D'Amour" in the series' first season, Patrick plays the role of a vampire. Longshadow's successor as business partner with Fangtasia nightclub co-owners Eric Northman and Pamela Swynford de Beaufort, Patrick is a co-starring actor who meets an untimely demise shortly after his only other appearance, on the episode "Scratches"m in the series' second season.

Biography[]

Patrick Gallagher grew up in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada, and, in 1993, graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada. He began his career in Toronto working in the theater, in film and on television. He is a big supporter of the independent film scene, and has played numerous roles in projects by emerging filmmakers. He currently resides in Los Angeles, and is a dual US/Canadian citizen.
