Hayes is a large vampire of Eastern European descent.

HistoryEdit

Hayes works for the Authority and is dispatched to deliver the "true death" to Bill, Eric, and presumably Nan Flanagan as well. While attempting to kill them however, he is staked from behind by Nora. ("Turn! Turn! Turn!") He appears to express an attraction to Nora, but it was clearly one-sided, as she killed him with relish.
