Justin McGillich is an ex-Marine on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by British actor Gideon Emery, Justin makes his debut on the episode "F**k the Pain Away" in the series' sixth season. An old Marine Corps buddy of Terry Bellefleur's, Justin is in his mid to late 30s and demands to know why Terry recently got in touch. He is surprised by Terry's unusual request, and was last seen on the subsequent episode, "Don't You Feel Me", in the same season.

"F**k the Pain Away"[]
Justin is contacted by Terry after being out of touch for several years. Terry makes him an unusual request in asking Justin to shoot him, himself having lost the will to live. ("F**k the Pain Away")
"Don't You Feel Me"[]
Terry's wife Arlene also notices her husband's sorrow and tries to intervene to keep him from killing himself. With the help of Holly Cleary she enlists a local vampire to glamour Terry and make him forget his troubles. Although their plan initially seemed to work, Terry had already enlisted Justin to kill him and is shot the next day outside his work at Merlotte's. ("Don't You Feel Me")
