Keone Young, born September 6, 1947 in Honolulu, Hawaii, is an American actor who plays the role of Hido Takahashi on the HBO original series True Blood. Making his debut on the episode "You're No Good" in the series' sixth season, Keone plays the role of a biochemistry expert believed to be the man responsible for successfully synthesizing human blood into Tru Blood, a synthetic blood used to sustain vampires. Playing a recurring role through the same season, Keone was last seen in the Season 6 episode "Radioactive".

Keone Young was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. His father is Chinese and his mother is Japanese. He is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Lord Chin in the 2004 Disney direct-to-DVD film Mulan II, Grandpa in the Disney Channel animated series American Dragon: Jake Long, and a Bearded Black Guard in Tron: Uprising, played Mr. Watanabe in the Shake It Up special Shake It Up: Made In Japan and Silas Sinister in Return to Halloweentown.
