Matt is a recurring character in the fourth season. He is played by guest star Randy Wayne and debuts in "She's Not There". He is a human fangbanger, possibly from Shreveport, Louisiana that seems to be very interested in the vampire Jessica Hamby. He is first seen at Fangtasia.

Season 4Edit

"She's Not There"Edit

Matt is first seen at the popular vampire bar, Fangtasia. Here he met Jessica Hamby and introduce himself to her. After a small talk she told him she wasn't there alone. After this he left saying "It's my loss". Although they seemed attracted to each other. ("She's Not There")

"You Smell Like Dinner"Edit

Later he was talking to a friend when Jessica arrived at Fangtasia. He takes her hand almost right away and both of them went to the restrooms of the establishment. There Jessica bit him, drinking his blood. It is unknown if it was his first time but he seemed to enjoy it.

Sookie, who was in the stall next to them, recognized Jessica's voice and asked to talk to Jessica for a second. In the middle of the conversation he leaves the stall, covering his neck with his left hand. Jessica quickly pushes him back inside.

After Sookie left, Jessica entered again and continue feed from him. ("You Smell Like Dinner")
