Paul McClatchy is a prospector from Rapaho Energy on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American guest starring actor James McCauley, Paul makes his debut on the episode "If You Love Me, Why Am I Dyin'?" in the series' fourth season. Visiting Maxine Fortenberry in order to present her with an offer to buy her natural gas rights, Paul makes one more appearance, on the episode "Spellbound", in the same season.

"If You Love Me, Why Am I Dyin'?"[]
Paul arrives at Maxine's home and knocks on the door. Tommy answers and after hearing Paul state he is interested in buying her natural gas lease rights, he states his name is "Max Fortenberry". Paul offers 10,000 an acre for a year, plus 17.5% royalties on any resources they find. Tommy counter-offers, asking 12,000 an acre plus 20% on resources. Paul is interested and gives "Max" his card. ("If You Love Me, Why Am I Dyin'?")
"Spellbound"[]
Tommy uses his skinwalker ability to pose as Maxine and arranges a meeting with Paul. Tommy sells the rights to the gas deposits for $5,700 cash. ("Spellbound")
