Reggie is a minor character in the fifth season episode "Somebody That I Used to Know". He is played by co-star Spencer Hill. He is a good looking redneck in his mid 20s to early 30s. He is a member of the Obamas, a trashy, low-rent anti-vampire hate group.

He approaches Jessica Hamby in fangtasia and lures her outside, where she is abducted by the rest of the Obamas. They try to convince her ex, Hoyt Fortenberry, to kill her. He cannot bring himself to do so and frees her. She kills Reggie as they make their escape. ("Somebody That I Used to Know")
