Todd Jeffries was an ex-Marine on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American actor Jonathan Kowalsky, Todd makes his debut on the episode "Authority Always Wins" in the series' fifth season. Serving in the military throughout 2003, he was a squadmate of Terry Bellefleur, Patrick Devins and Jemarcus Kessler during the War with Iraq, played a recurring role through the same season, and met an untimely demise in the Season 5 episode "Let's Boot and Rally".
Throughout 2003, Todd was serving in the United States Marine Corps, fighting in the War with Iraq.

Terry recalls his squad being involved in killing innocent civilians during a firefight on 4 July 2003. The altercation was provoked by the squad using a prayer tower to party and Private Brian Eller killing a teenager who objected. ("We’ll Meet Again")
One of the civilians, Zaafira, was wounded and placed a curse on the soldiers before Patrick ordered Terry to kill her. She summoned the Ifrit that was responsible for the fires that killed Todd and Jemarcus. ("Let's Boot and Rally")
