OK guys and girls, I have a theory regarding Sophie-Anne's fate in season four that I'd like to share. I've been piecing it together in my mind all day. The more I think about it the more it makes sense. And the more I think about it the more ridiculous it sounds, but give it some consideration. In a recent interview the beautifull Evan Rachael Wood revealed that Sophie-Anne will "get what she deserves" in the opening episode of season four. Now, that doesn't leave much to the imagination, does it? It sounds like she will be killed off, right? OK, assuming that's true, who will do the killing? Allan Ball revealed at PaleyFest that someone other than Bill and Sophie-Anne will be involved in the fight, but who. OK, brace yourselves! I think that Sophie-Anne Leclerq will meet the true death at the hands of... Maxine Fortenberry. I told you it would sound ridiculous, but think about it. She was last seen purchusing a shiny new rifle and wooden bullets with which to kill Jessica. Let's imagine she heads over to Bill's house, fully intending to free up Hoyt's love life. She takes position behind one of the trees in Bill's yard, and aims her rifle at the window of the house. From that distance, and in the dark, it would be easy to mistake Sophie-Anne for Jessica. They have the same hair color, the same height, the same build and the same skin tone. So, that's my theory. Maxine sees Sophie-Anne through the window, thinks she's Jessica, and shoots her in the heart, turning the queen of Louisianna into a sticky mess. I know it sounds far-fetched, but it makes sense. We know that Hoyt and Jessica's relationship survives well into season four, because we saw them together in a recent piece of footage. We also know that Bill becomes the acting Sheriff of Area 5 because of Eric's memory loss. It doesn't seem likely that he'd be promoted after killing his queen, does it? So, am insane, or what?
